The purpose of the program is to create technological transfer for Chile, developing, implementing, and executing a portfolio of AI-driven projects with a focus on logistics chains and port operations. The goal is to enhance productivity, reduce and close technological and digital transformation gaps, promote economic revitalization, generate new high-quality jobs, or increase technological innovation.

TPS (Terminal Pacífico Sur Valparaíso S.A.), founded in the year 2000, is a company controlled by the Chilean group Ultramar S.A. It is tasked with developing, maintaining, and operating the main docking area of the Port of Valparaíso in Chile. Headquartered in Valparaíso, TPS holds the concession for the container and multipurpose vessel terminal with a capacity of 1,300,000 TEUs per year, until 2029.
